As we enter one of our busiest times of the year, the Pocket Rocket van has been out and about even more, from catering evening events in the bustling West End to making daytime deliveries to renowned fashion houses along Bond Street. Keep an eye out for the distinctive Pocket Rocket van as it makes it continues to make its way across the capital this spring. In the upcoming weeks, you can also expect to find us at Chelsea’s annual flower show, Chelsea in Bloom, where our delicious bites will be making several appearances.

Pop-up in 40 Portman Square, Marylebone

To mark the beginning of spring, Pocket Rocket launched a lunchtime pop-up event at 40 Portman Square, nestled in the vibrant heart of Marylebone. Joined by Pocket Rocket’s lead chef Luiza Doninelli, the team delighted office workers with delectable canapés from the limited-edition box the Bloomsbury Collection. The fresh heirloom tomato & pesto tartlets as well as the Cotswold Coronation chicken bridge rolls with tangy apricot ketchup proved to be crowd favourites.

A Special Private Gathering in Belgravia

Pocket Rocket catered to a unique and intimate private event hosted at fragrance boutique, Jo Loves by Jo Malone, situated in the chic neighbourhood of Belgravia. Attendees were treated to glasses of champagne paired with delightful light bites from the Soho Collection. This much-loved assortment showcased a fully gluten- and dairy-free canapé selection, including a delicious soy-cured tuna tataki and delicate parcels of grilled courgette with green bean and truffle.

Bond Street Deliveries

Fashion events are bustling along Bond Street, London’s home of luxury shopping, as they herald the arrival of spring and the warmer weather. From esteemed jewelers like Boodles and Cartier to renowned Swiss luxury watchmaker Vacheron Constantin, and leading fashion icons such as Jimmy Choo and Giorgio Armani, Pocket Rocket canapés are a staple wherever fashion beckons.

Canapé Showcase at a Sustainability Summit

Given Pocket Rocket’s steadfast commitment to sustainability, we were honoured to participate in a thought-provoking sustainability event hosted by Restaurant Associates. This gathering united esteemed personalities and industry experts to explore the evolving landscape of food. Among the distinguished panelists were three Michelin-starred chef Brett Graham, acclaimed food writer Sabrina Ghayour, Michelin-starred chef Pip Lacey, and sustainability expert Elliot Webb from Urban Farm it. Pocket Rocket offered select canapés from the Covent Garden Collection, which features a fully vegan canapé selection. One of the canapés on offer is a delightful vegan squash & miso tart using the best produce in season.

Theatre Night in the West End

It’s no surprise that canapés and theater are a perfect pair, and Pocket Rocket has become a familiar sight in the illustrious West End, delighting guests during exclusive members’ nights. Often enjoyed during intermissions or as pre-show treats, Pocket Rocket’s canapés have become a cherished staple at Donmar Warehouse, an immersive theater nestled in Covent Garden.

Pocket Rocket also proudly announces its partnership with the Ambassador Theatre Group‘s Duke of York’s Theatre, situated on St. Martin’s Lane near Trafalgar Square. This exciting collaboration marks another milestone for Pocket Rocket in Theatreland.
